Delivery and returns policy

Parcels are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. Shipping times vary based on location. Tracked options are available in all eligible countries according to Royal Mail's service guidelines. 

If you are ordering internationally (i.e., from outside of the UK), it is possible that you will be asked by your nation's customs office for a customs payment to allow the goods to enter the UK. This varies by nation and by ordering you accept liability for this charge. 

Returns are accepted for 30 days after purchase. The fulfilment and cost of returns is the responsibility of the returner. We do not provide materials nor funds for returning items. Items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for refund, which is processed on receipt of the returned goods.
